Refunds back to Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) and Paytm are fully refunded within 2 days after we receive and process your return.

Refund to Bank Account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

Refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You can update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund in the Your Account section.

You will need to update the following information to enable us to process a refund to your account:

  • The Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Holder's Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Name

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Amazon account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

NEFT refunds will typically be processed in one business day from our end and will be credited to your account in two business days.

Refund To Paytm Account via Paytm number

Refunds can be processed to your Paytm account via Paytm Number. You have to provide a Paytm Number where you wish to receive the refund in Your Account. Paytm refunds will typically be processed instantly in one business day.

Refund To Google Pay Account via Google Pay number

Refunds can be processed to your google pay account via google pay Number. You have to provide google pay Number where you wish to receive the refund in Your Account. Paytm refunds will typically be processed instantly in one business day.

Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Arogyakart - you can return some items within 2 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within 2 days from the date of delivery. When you return the order then the shipping charge is yours for returning the product. If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment in the registered name of the customer. If you notice that the tape is open or the package is open then do not accept the package and return back to the same courier guy. We are not responsible if you accept the opened box package and unable to return it in this situation.

1. Returned item should be unused, and exactly within the same condition as you received it from us.

2. Carefully unseal the shipping box by removing packing tape from the front. Don't rip or damage the shipping box.

3. Please take a fast note of how items are arranged within the box and the way the boat has been folded. You would possibly need it within the extremely unlikely case you would like to pack everything back within the box for a return.
